Of course they knew who he was. As I recall they were trying to provoke an argument with City fans (which worked big style) by suggesting their Summer signings were nobodies. This is how this station functions. The presenters usually do a sort of good cop, bad cop routine. It amazes me how many callers are sucked in by it. The on ly saving grace for me is that Liverpool fans tend not to bite. Mike Parry acts the buffoon deliberately. He's actually a talented, seasoned journalist. Incidentally, Andy Jacobs was truly hilarious this week over the whole Joe Cole saga. Bitter as ****
