Ashley Young is the best winger in the league, him and Lennon would be a nightmare for opposition teams. They've got Modric as well in the middle. Creativity, pace, technique. I like their team a lot with Young there.

Given the fact Ajax weren't keen on letting him go I would be surprised if he went for the Villa job. if they do lose Milner and/or Young and don't release all the funds then the job is really a hiding to nothing for someone already at a half decent team.
