Yes depending on performance and demand. The better a player plays and the more people that sign him the more his price will increase. You want to aim to increase the value of your squad as much as possible so that your in a stronger position to make transfers at the end of the season

If Drogba's price goes up a million than i have spent more than how much i am allowed? do i then get more money to spend?

If you have already bought him and his price goes up then you are in profit when you decide to sell him. You squads value increases

cheers mate. never knew that, so presume the price of your squad can also go down?

Oh yeah. If your players don't perform their value can go down. Also when you sell players your often selling them for less than the buying price so you have to be careful. It can cost you if you buy them back again
