Thanjk you.

He is the best at coaching and developing players to play the beautiful game. But their are areas in his decision making which are flawed and results in him making big mistakes.
He doesn't understand what a good goalkeeper looks like and he was quite fortunate that when he arrived at arsenal he already had a well organized defence. As soon as their famous experienced goalkeeper and defence of the 90's got old he started to struggle
I think there's a case for saying that he started 'struggling' when the likes of Chelsea brought insane money to the table, and at the same time, the Emirates project began and restricted his spending enormously.
Give him a budget of £30m-£40m net per season, and i think he'd win titles on a regular basis.
Excellent coach and developer of talent, who's not afraid to pay out decent money for very young players.
Couple of glaring problems though - doesn't seem to understand the need for experience in the squad and, as previously said, doesn't know a decent keeper.

Agree with this 100%, he is entirely the reason he isn't the best as they have always had plenty of money to spend but he chooses not to do so favouring his youth policy over ever buying established players.
The Arsenal board have been quoted many a time saying he has been sitting on about an 80m war chest but chooses not to use it.
I don't particularly like him as he's been a fierce adversary over the years but he's been one of the shining light in the Premier League since its inception. He's helped the league become what it is today. He's a fantastic manager, possibly the best in the Premier League.

As much as I hate it the best manager in the league remains Ferguson.
We would have had at least another 6 titles if he had been our Manager since 1997. Absolutely convinced of that.
The most 'complete' Manager I have ever seen. He is a miracle worker with how he keeps getting Arsenal into the top 4 on a conservative budget and the way he develops players. Plus his teams play the beautiful game the way it should be... they way I long for us to play it.
He may not have won anything on the pitch for the last 5 years, but Arsenal have been winning off it in some style... a new stadium which has nearly paid for itself and the youth set up etc...
His legacy will last a long time at that club. Lucky *******s.

Do you really believe it though? It doesnt add up.
Until recently, when they paid off the stadium, there's no way they'd have had tonnes of cash to spend.
