Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce has accused Arsene Wenger of trying to use the media to influence referees and make Arsenal players untouchable.

"It was much more apparent in my day when people used to go out to try to hurt an opponent every week, but today it very rarely happens.

I really, really despise Allardyce but I have to say he is spot on about Wenger, all the journos wank over his 'total football' and they do undoubtably get more decisions given to them for tackles or even slight contact on his playersThe King was back for a short while. Long live The King.Comment
