Wonderfully, it looks like Leon Knight is about to get arrested. Less wonderfully, the girl he was threatening now has Actual Death Threats.

He's been getting lads to send naked pictures of their ex birds to him then taunting the women with them, getting them to beg him not to put them onto twitter.

What I don't get is, how can the lass whos reported Knight get her ex done for sending it too him, the charge is harrasement, I wouldn't think that counts?

Without Googling the exact wording harrasment would be along the lines of attention not wanted or reasonably expected to be unwanted.

Any man.. person that would send a photo of an ex to an individual like him must be incredibly bitter or a complete cunt and understandably an ex.

For him to threaten them with the pictures. **** his elbows I hope someone breaks his face.

So am I right in thinking that would fall under harrasment law. So he would be prosecuted along with Knight?

If so id imagine a lot of blokes are ****ting themselves about now.

I'm not a lwyer, but I can certainly see the case for a charge to be brought.

The pictures were taken for private use of an individual so no person could reasonably assume the subject of the photo (whether they took the picture themself or requested someone else did) would want them shared. So even though they may not be the person making the threats or taunting the ex they are a party to it.

I guess it is similar to death by dangerous driving charges when cars are racing - they always go after both drivers, not just the one involved in the collision.

I don't follow him but I've looked at his account when he is being a tosser.

Dont know what the latest is but he came back from the ban at the start of the month but gone again. Probably to do with the threats to women and posting their topless pics
