If it is up to the respective leagues to regulate their game, then why do we have to follow stupid rules like not being able to issue post game punishment if a player has been booked for an incident etc?Comment

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field.
