The whole division looks weak to me. Despite yesterdays set back I expect Chelsea to walk it this year.

Realistically I think we are seeing how badly the money was spent during the boom years and how the failure of the youth development across the league has a long term impact. I still find it baffling that Parry thought he knew better on the subject that someone like Rafa. It was however a sign of deeper and wider malaise.

The PL is definitely a lot weaker than it was. No cash being spent (with the exception of City). Scholes an Giggs are over the hill yet can hold their own - only because teams are not getting in younger, better midfielders. There's no money to be made in football unless you're a player or manager. The sooner they drop wages across the board the better. Spoilt, overpaid c*nts most of them.
