They've done a good job developing the old stadium in to apartments.

I believe they made some good money from the project too, which has helped with the finance at their new Emirates stadium.

The other thing is this type of project would probably only work in London, Don't think people would want to move in to plush apartments in the Anfield area.

I don't like the design but the concept is brilliant. Not sure how this will pan out in an area such as Anfield though, as it's really upmarket.
