You know, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if this is all smoke and mirrors designed to create the impression of a major fallout to sweeten his sale next summer (for debt repayment reasons) to their fans, who will always ultimately side with Slur Alex. Only the Ronaldo money prevented them making a massive loss in 08-09, without which their figures were horrible (despite massive commercial income) this year.
