He IS impressive. Every day you learn something from him. He's a little bit different in some of the things he does. He tooks us upto the Lake District and you think to yourself 'well, he could've taken us to Dubai'. I wanted to go to Dubai, Mikel Arteta wanted to go to Spain, but he took us to the Lake District. He tooks us walking up a mountain, he took us bike-riding and from thinking 'oh, its the lakes' on Monday, to Tuesday night on the way back from the Lakes, thinking 'what an absolutely great trip we've just been on'. You know, to see Yakubu climbing a mountain in the Lake District, which is brilliant, and ENJOYING it too, was just a genius bit of management
