Lovely goal from France, Benzema and Malouda with a tidy little one-two (which wouldnt have been allowed to happen against a top side), before Benzema finishes by beating Foster at his near post
Hollywood Gerrard needs to remember he has ten team mates. Too often he trys pathetic through balls from distance. They do come off every now and then, but to often he just easily gives up possession, especially when he's in a deeper role.
I do notice these passes tend to happen more often when he feels he has to do it all on his own.
France are taking the absolute piss here. England almost making them look a good side. Both side's world cup campaigns were just as bad though, if England had of been in France's group they would have went out at that stage as well.

Look at the team, he does have to.

I like Milner - good player when used correctly. I think holding his price tag against him is unfair. Probably doesn't have the pace to be a winger in this sort of formation.
England pressing better in the last few minutes.
I hate the fact as soon as you put a big centre forward in an England team the entire team thinks hoofing it the length of the pitch is a good idea.
