I wasn't suggesting that it was.

That is the highest price non-hospitality ticket.
    Oh I don't know.

But the article refers to "the cost of an 'ordinary' seat".

That article is shoddy. Particularly when it directly compares the £98 seat to Dortmund's cheapest seat.

But then I have come to expect nothing less from the idiots who are paid to write for a living in this country.
        Oh I don't know.

Whats the fuss about? The figure is symbolic. Arsenal are not increasing their prices.

The £94 ticket is going to be £96 because of a tax increase.

The fact that it is £94 to begin with is the shameful thing.

Well fair enough, but I root for boxers who I know are Liverpool fans, and swimmers, and athletes, and even game show contestants.

So why not a non league football team.

If you're priced out of the Premiership, as many already are, then why not support a non league football team run by fellow Reds.

The way things are going it'll soon be either that or the TV.

I could 'root' for them, but they arent in my heart.

And in my own situation, if i was priced out, AFC Liverpool wouldnt be an option either, because of the distance involved and the cost of going to the games.

In essence, a £40 match ticket is comfortably the smaller portion of my football-following costs.

Understand that, but if you lived here in Liverpool I bet you'd come along to a cup match or something.

If it was local, then probably yeah.

I understand what Craig is saying, and it is different for me seeing as I am over the otherside of the road. But I like to kind of see it as following the First Team and the Reserve Team. I mean no disrespect in that they are the reserve team, but that they are one and the same. Its all Liverpool FC in a way and they would all be in my heart, thats just my view but.
