Perhaps I should have been 100% clear then - all non-Hazard related posts will be deleted, thought it was obvious enough from the rest I wrote but apparently not. Hope this helps to clarify that for you

I feel a bit sorry for Arn.

Mods: Are you aware of the different members age? My feeling is that Arn is a young red, and if we could mark members whom are under age with e.g. a "u18" after their user name when they post, maybe we would all be a bit more "gentle" towards them.

Right now Arn walks alone - not the way it should be between fellow reds!

I don't know if it would be the right approach - it was just from the top of my head!

I like Arn. Massive red I'm sure, but if he is a tad on the young side I feel sorry for him.

Just to clarify, I don't intend this as a dig on Lecter as I enjoy his posts, and I see no problem with how he acts.

Arn is married and have a child IIRC, and I belive he named her after Rafa (Rafaela), so he is clearly not an under-18, or even that young for the matter.

And tbf. it was arn himself who asked for the ban (or closing of the account which have not been implemented), and it's really his choice right now if comes back in a months time.

I didn't know that. Even though I find it hard to believe - If he pretended to be older than he was, then there isn't much anyone can do. Thanks for clarifying Darkon (been away from the wifi until now, so have only seen it now).

Nevermind. Re. Hazard, I find it very difficult to assess if he is overrated or not. The french league isn't all that IMO, but Wenger have picked some brilliant players from there in the past so he could very well be good enough.

I find all this "bound for Real" talk a bit too premature. They have attacking players in abundance, and I'm not sure if he would be an improvement at all there.

I know they have a history for buying players they don't need, but I think its been reduced during the Mourinho era.

I bought him on Fifa12 and he is clearly talented, but also very lightweight and easily outmuscled. Make of that what you will!

I once dreamt that we signed the next Platini and Thierry Henry. But the reality was, we signed a Pongolle and Tallec instead. I can't think of a single player who we have signed from the French league who has turned out to be any good. The fact Joe Cole is apparently doing well there is reason enough to not sign him.

It's a tricky one. The same criticism is often made of the Dutch league, but then for every Kezman, there's a Suarez - ok, maybe not for every one. There are clearly talented players playing in the French league. It's just something of a gamble. It would be very interesting to get Joe Cole's take on him. He's perfectly placed to do a bit of scouting for us!

It would be awesome to sign a midfielder with that extra little touch of class. If it's not him, I hope we go all out for someone similar.
