That is shocking.. He's only 21 and still pretty much untested! Even though the talent is there £32m and those kind of wages is ridiculous.

City at least seem to be controlling themselves somewhat, read/heard can't remember which one that city didn't want to give him anywhere near the £200k he wanted.
