Seriously? This was hardly a flying kung-fu kick

I agree with you, having reviewing the footage. However, he did kick him, inadvertantly or not

Imagine the uproar if it the players surname had been Suarez?

This is self fulfilling though with Suarez. He gets put in the papers for something, we then complain about it, and he gets put in there more and so on. Suarez sells papers I guess. We all feed into it. Even if its linking to the articles on the websites. It just give the writer vindication for what he has written.

"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

Did he get an extra long ban for artistic impression

More wishfull thinking. We (our players) seem to get hammered hard for everything. I would just like to see someone else on the receiving end

... it gets better - his Dad also owns the hotel where Chelsea stayed last night.
