If Messi continues at this level and adds experience to it, then he will become the greatest footballer by quite some distance IMO. He needs to keep this up the next 7-10 years, but then their will be none above none below.

I think that in the modern game its asking too much for any player to play at that level for another 10 years. Theres just too many games these days and it will take a toll on his body. Bear in mind though that he's already been around for a few years doing this. Id say we will see another 5 seasons of him at this level, hopefully

Dan, Zidane was amazing, he really was but he wasn't Maradona, one of a kind - the closest thing I've seen to him really is Messi, Zidane is certainly one of the best footballers to have ever played but Diego was quite simply the best.
