Sorry but I can't agree.

Those three have an understanding that is irresistible. I'm not going to argue which team was the greatest but those three do things which hasn't been seen before.

I doubt they're the best team ever as I don't think their defence is up there nor their keeper. But going forward - wow!

Just a pure, innate ability and understanding. I don't think I've seen anything quite like it before. The movement is so free and easy, it looks so ridiculously simple. They're as close to footballing perfection as I think it gets. Without the ball they swarm all over you, incredible application, and with the ball it's fantasy football. Just amazing. For sure they could get a better left-back and a better keeper, but as daft as it sounds I don't really see how better players in those positions could make them significantly better. They are wonderful.

Their understanding is irresistible, they've been taught football in the same / correct way. I hope our academy can implement something similar.

Barnes and Beardsley in that 88 team were fantastic though, Whelan was good but he's not Xavi.

Pure skill alone, I think no one is going to ever better him. He was a proper thug as well (and strong as an ox), judging by the mass brawl involving Athletico & Barca players at the beginning of this clip.
