Messi pedro xavi iniesta, villa and alves were just unplayable..... People can say Madrid didn't play well but that is an injustice to barca... Madrid, probably the second best team in the world ATM... Could not have stopped it... No one could have... Just wow... Don't want to go to overboard like but still wow.... I could watch that again and again and again and every single person who plays football... Be it a 5 yr old in the playground, a promising teenager, a decent amateur a top pro or a fat ******* in five a side should watch and watch and learn from it

IMO Zidane was more complete and a better all round player. Maradona was a genius, pure genius and not knocking his ridiculous talent. Probably a crime to compare the two they were just blessed with a gift that we can only marvel at, suppose just as its a crime to compare truly magnificent teams. I'm just delighted to have witnessed that footballing display tonight, nothing for us to analyse, just sit back and enjoy. Our team of 77-81 were superb

Barca tonight just remind you how much football is such a beautiful game, if only we could play half as good as that.

It was one of the best performances by any team I have seen in a long time. Absolutely total domination and truly the wonderful display of slick one-touch passing especially in the close range. Ball control and keeping possession was unbelievable.

I hope someone can burn a type and send it to our idiot so he can see what the modern football is all about.

That's the thing though fella, you have to have the players to do it. Polishing **** and teaching old dogs new tricks come to mind. All top level teams know what they do and how they do it but there's no way that Stoke could imploy that was of playing.
