How far in advance are the sky/ESPN premier league fixtures announced?

I want to plan a trip in March, but don't want too until TV games announced, due to hotel, flights being rqd.

Not 100% sure pal but my local always has a list of televised fixtures on the wall, and they seem to be about 6-8 weeks in advance. I think.
