    Kieron Dyer

What a wasted talent this guy has been with all these injuries you'd have to ask questions about the medical staff at the circus.

He must be injured for the last 3 years on and slightly off has never got going.

What are they doing or what the hell is he doing???

Could've been a world class player. He will probably be remembered more for his seedy exploits than his football now.

Probably says alot about him. He's shagged more birds then played games in the last 3 years and thats the only stat he's interested in

Just saw that. What a farce Newcastle United FC is. Here are Roeder's quotes :

"Kieron took a knock to his left eye in Friday training in what can only be described as a freak accident," manager Glenn Roeder told the club website.

"He will not take part in contact training for at least two weeks."

Roeder added: "Kieron does not deserve such wretched luck to happen little more than a day after getting back out on the pitch against Portsmouth.

"For 30 minutes he showed the kind of electric pace and ability that we know he is capable of.

"It is such cruel luck to be robbed of his services, but we have just got to stand up and be counted and move forward in a positive way, starting with Charlton on Saturday."

IMO he suffered from having Bobby Robson as a manager. Don't get me wrong, the game needs managers like Bobby, but he was extremely weak at disciplining the players. Jenas and Dyer ran amock and robson didn't discourage it.
After his first season at Newcastle, Fergie had a look at Dyer. My word, how different his career/life would have been had Fergie taken him on.

He would certainly have helped, but not sure that better discipline would have prevented all the injuries he has got. Solskjaer seems to be a model professional but for the last few years he has been out with a series of injuries.
