Ljungberg - had a broken hip for 2 years

I had pain when I woke up in the morning and it is not that much fun. Since the surgery, I feel like I am 25 again when I wake up and it makes a difference when you play.

Bloody heel. makes you wonder about some of the medical treatment in the PL really.

Shocking that Arsenal and west ham couldn't discover that. Used to really like him as a player even though he had a habit of scoring against us. I remember the headline when he scored against utd in the charity shield "PUNK SCORES GOAL"

He's going to get crippled in an old firm derby though

He wont know whats hit him tomorrow.
Especially if things go wrong during the 1 min silence. It could get ugly out there.

Stupid idea holding that tomorrow during that game. Not a chance of the celtic fans respecting it

              Oh **** off.

Shouldn't we hold a minutes silence on the anniversary of Hillsborough because the opposition fans might not observe it?

Yip that's the same thing. Who the **** are we going to play on the anniversary that despises us as much as the utter hatred between celtic and Rangers?

It wont be upheld and it will kick off tomorrow

Moronic point of view. Utterly moronic.

Mate - It was 40 years ago to the exact day in a game involving the old firm. When else are they supposed to hold it?

I actually think it may be given the respect it deserves tomorrow, but I could be wrong.

I know what you are both saying but that's not going to be uphold. I'll be beyond shocked.

How is that going to feel then when you have the morons shouting obscenities during the silence?

Also, it was a tragedy that affected the city of Glasgow as a whole, much as Hillsborough affected Liverpool. A lot of young men left to watch a football match and never returned.

lt may be disrespected by some Celtic supporters, but what would be even more disrespectful would be to hold no tribute at all.

If you are interested you can read a bit more about the event here.

Mate you are totally right in some ways , and living in Edinburgh I am aware of the calibre of some of the supporters of the both sides of the Old Firm (lets be honest every team has them), so I will be nervous to hear how the event goes. But I think they are forced to hold it tomorrow and we can only hope it goes well. I have a mate who is a Celtic Season ticket holder and will be at the game so I will ask him how it all plays out.
