You would of assumed so.Originally posted by ChesterDave View PostUEFA can surely impose whatever entry requirements it wants to enter its sanctioned competitions?
If they want to breach FFP in their domestic division that is fine but EUFA does not have to allow them entry to UCL / EUROPA

If UEFA really want to impose FFP then it would be the logical step. They probably can not by law interfere with what are essentially companies registered in whatever jurisdiction but they can set the entry criteria to the UEFA Champions League!
Of course if clubs want to they could then threaten to pull away from domestic competition altogether and it would be a who blinks first battle then!Football without Origi is nothing

Yes, it is indeed...hence any cases with regards to European issue of any nature will be referred to Brussels.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostIsn't Brussels the de facto capital of the European Union?Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

I've only really just even vaguely read into this specific judgement after debating it with a mate via Twitter
It seems that this ruling has only been made to prevent implementation of lower amounts being permissible losses while there is an ongoing challenge to the existing framework.
So its not really ruling on FFP itself but sounds more of a procedural thing.Football without Origi is nothing
