According to the BBC Gossip column he might go to Villa on loan - surely he's too good for them & we should be going for him as well?

He would absolutely smash it if he went to Arsenal. If ever there was a team suited for Benzema it would be them IMO.
Our problem is the lack of service to our strikers, so that is where we need to focus IMO, although if Benzema was available I would be still be delighted to see him join us."Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball." Bob Paisley

maybe so - but we are desperate for a striker - and if we brought in say benzema(or anyone atm) on loan to the end of the seaosn and scored say 8 goals for us - it'd be a big help right now.
obv long term we need to find the right players - but right now i'd take any half decent striker that is availablei own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Do you think either of them would be up for battling it out for that first team place? I'd prefer we keep someone like Ngog, young and hungry and will improve, than someone who would expect to play every game.Originally posted by GTi View PostHe is, but if Nando's rested or injured?
We should be in for him. No question.
Suarez is a much more progressive option, as he's more flexible. Are we winning?

Out of the two I would rather take Suarez agreed. I just feel that if a player of this quality becomes available we should at least be in for him, especially if its on loan. Get the strikers in and worry about where, when we play them later. Would love to be in a position of say Spurs, where they can call on 3 top class strikers. IMO Ngog is not and never will be good enough.Originally posted by NigelLG View PostDo you think either of them would be up for battling it out for that first team place? Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
