He's decent, but far too early to label brilliant. All top-flight keepers are great shot-stoppers (which Hart is), but there's an extra element that makes a keeper from just being that, to being a great keeper (like Reina). Concentration, distribution, dominance in the box, in 1-on-1s etc etc.............Hart wouldn't be the first keeper to fail in some areas, but he'll need to display these abilities over a longer period of time to be really up there.
