Wishful thinking. And it's one of the few things anyone can use to hurt them, the suggestion of doom and depspair if he walks, that and their lack of class, history, top fans, but while they spend as they do, and win trophies..the Chav fans don't really care, so this prophesy of doom is handy when trying to upset Chavs.

If they keep winning trophies for the next 15yrs, the next generation of kids will be Chavs, same with City, it's how it works in football, and is why we have the fan base we do, so i disagree when i hear people say the Russian is'nt building something there, he is imo, a future, and he's there more than any other foreign owners, at the games..watching.

I'm afraid this is the reality, and it'll get worse for us with City, the competition will be immense.

As you do I lost touch with most of them and then Facebook got us all back in touch. ****in hell, all of them had abandoned Liverpool and polarized between Newcastle and Sunderland. Realisitic you'd say, but a lot of these lads were Liverpool supported until they were 16 / 17.

Mate of mine chaged at about 20 from spurs to sunderland. He was a yorkshire lad so easier to get to. He still gets ribbed about it 15 years on.....and still gets friends from years back on FB 'thought u were a spurs fan"

I know, I know. It is not like Mourinho don't create his own problems isn't it.

Maybe Roman wanted a manager that would look at the future instead of Jose I don't give a **** about next season Mourinho.

Look at what happened at Real. Almost no rotation and now they have a very tired team. The same happened last season at Inter.

I doubt that Mourinho even care about games a month away. He only care about the next game. **** it if a player is tired. Play him until he more or less die or get injured. That is the philosophy of Mourinho if you look at his history.
