Same could be said about Ngog, each time he got the ball yesterday he either lost posession or passed backwards.

So if Traore is the worst player to win champions league... Is Dirk the worst player who has graced the world cup final?

I thought he was one of better players in the 1st half & except Suarez/Meireles they were all poor in the 2nd.

He was probably tired after playing & travelling in midweek.

            Agreed.

Kuyt's main assets has always been work rate, movement without the ball when we are attacking and coming up with important goals. Skill, first touch, pace, technique were never his thing but the older he gets the more his limitations will show.
He should be sold this summer, but sold with appreciation for his efforts over the years.

If we can get £6 - 8 Million for Dirk in the summer it's got to be worth considering moving him on, fantastic servant to LFC and his effort and commitment every game is outstanding but he's not getting any younger and his touch has always been suspect at best.

The way he plays will catch up with him sooner rather than later so for me time to try and cash in and bring in someone that more suits the style of football we'll be looking to play in the future.

He will leave as a favourite of many players, I would rather that then see him rot on the bench for ages. Leave on top to an extent.

Zero technical ability???? So he has 74 caps for holland and zero technical ability.......stoopid statement to be honest buddie.......

also, if his touch was zero, then why does pepe often play long passes to him from goal kicks......

Dirks biggest problem is that he is too much of a team player - just gets on with it and does what is asked of him by the manager. If that is covering for a ****ty right back that can't defend for 3 years, or if it is chasing down all 4 defenders - like he did last week against chelsea......

Also, someone like Lavezzi or Aguero isnt going to do that.......

I have said it countless times, that kuyt is simply not good enough for an att pos in the pl. The only way he will ever get to excite me if is he is placed as a dm.

He is great for the big games but not the type of player for the weaker sides. Against Chelsea the other week he was one of the best players on the park and wouldnt be the first player I would worry about selling.

N'Gog is young, improving and on an upward curve.

                          All the opposite of Kuyt.

Oh I do love a good player bashing when we don't win.

There is not another overseas player thats shows the commitment and passion on the pitch like he does for the club. For all the many flaws, we need players like Kuyt in the Squad, not in the 1st 11 but the squad.

If i said Carragher lacks pace, is that 'player bashing' ?

Or do we have to pretend every player is brilliant at everything, to avoid 'player bashing' ?
