So something about there being no 'magic wand' or 'quick fix'.

A little about how he hasnt had enough time yet and how he isnt sure if between now and the end of the season will even be enough time to save this WBA side from relegation (the same WBA side that hasnt been in the bottom 3 at all since August), how he has faith in his ability because you dont have 36 years of experience and success without your methods actually being quite good, and how he doesnt feel like he has much to prove.

Not that i disagree with you - i want WHU to stay up too (though i dont think we should throw our game ) - but what's your reason for wanting them to stay up?

I suppose being the most south-easterly of all the PL clubs (i think), does that make them your 'local' PL club?
