I think Babbel was fantastic but he just didn't play enough games to warrant selection unfortunately. 30 odd league appearances was it?

its a tough call with him. i would include him. its no like he flopped here or struggled. for me he is the best foreign right back the prem has seen.

but i can see why he doesnt get included

It's an odd one. I think it depends on how you look at it - overall class and quality over their career or success. Bergkamp had some real troughs in his time at Arsenal but was sublime when the mood took him. He won fewer league titles than Cantona here but was vastly superior on the international stage.

I'd prefer Bergkamp but I can see the other side of that argument.
