This is the tightest relegation battle I can remember.

There is usaually one club cast adrift and doomed as early as January. Not this time. Not yet at least.
    Oh I don't know.

yup - pretty much all the clubs in the bottom half of the table could go down.

Pretty tough to pick 3 from the bottom clubs but I'd go for West Brom, Wolves and Blackpool (I hope not though)

          3 points separating 13th and 20th. Crazy.
          Oh I don't know.

think you'll need more than 40 to stay up this year - could be some talent available depending on who does go down

West Brom got a tough April. They could be down and out before May if they don't get a win or two.

Think West Ham will get out of it. Don't think Villa will drop and I can see Blackpool fighting it out and surviving by the skin of their teeth.

That leaves Wolves, Wigan and Blackburn and Birmingham from the listed teams and can't see Blackburn dropping.

Wigan, Wolves, and West Brom for me.

Wigan (Whelan is a ****), WBA (Hodge is a ****), Blackburn (for trying to buy Ronaldinho just to make some news), Although seeing the Villa go down will be very funny.

Wigan seems doomed to me, I think Wolves will have to take the route down and the third place will be very close contested. My favorites for that spot are either Birmingham or Blackburn with Villa as a dark horse.

West Brom are getting points now, so don't see them going down, West Ham have started as well and don't see them getting dragged back in to it. The question is Blackpool, but they also seem to be getting points again and I have a feeling they will make it.

I still think Blackpool might go down. Hopefully Blackburn and WBA or WIgan as well.
                          Agree about Wolves.

I really hope that Birmingham go down as they are a generally a dismal team to watch.

It would be a shame if Wigan or Blackpool went down but neither can defend so I think they have to be favourites. Although Blackburn seem to be pretty bad these days.

                            Why Wigan?

Think they are awful, and play boring football, and i think Martinez is ****.

I think they play, or at least try to play, nice football. I agree that they have been poor this season though and deserve they position at the bottom (unlike Wolves who I think would be much higher up if referees didn't seem to hate them).

They try to play good football, but they have neither the players nor the manager capable of producing that.

As for Wolves, I like them.
