I think the thing with Parker is he will always be a star at 'lesser' teams, when he is surrounded by more marquee players even though he is doing the same job you don't really realize as much.

I dunno man, think you're being a bit harsh. As a defensive midfielder it's not really your job to be noticed too much.

Parker's always been a cracking player imo. Not technically gifted like a Gerrard, Lampard or Wilshere but a very good midfielder nonetheless.

Terry and Dawson are quality defenders no doubt about that but they're a bit too similar to be played together imo.

I rate Parker quite highly, I love his commitment to the cause and really do think he is a decent player, I'm not meaning to come across as harsh about him, I just think about 70% of his game is true grit and hard work, and in a team full of more world class players he wouldn't stand out as much.

Was chairman i presume. the agent tried to do the deal when he saw adams in the foyer, he was there with his other client and it was just as adams deal with us fell through.

he called spurs on the off chance, not sure who he called at spurs though....they offered him more than us per week but then holloway told the agent to feck off !!!
