I heard it's overly xenophobic. I don't usually read his stuff.

Look at Marwood's face in that picture. I'm surprised he still has a job. The Comolli of Man City

Neither do I, but saw it being criticised on Twitter so was intrigued.

Basically similar to the above - criticising the "appointment" of Pellagrini due to not having won anything blah blah blah, yet in basically the same sentence, lauds that of Moyes.

And he's comparing him to Pardew finishing 5th. If you want to compare Pelligrini's record of not winning anything in Spain, he'd be better served to not compare it to English managers who have not won anything either!

Crazy. It just shows you how little these journalists actually know about football outside of this country. Piss poor

Almost every journo I've come across, and I've gotten to know two or three quite well, holds Samuel in very high esteem. They all look at him as the guvnor. It's really quite odd.

He comes across a total ****wit in every article he writes. That is really surprising. Maybe he just writes that way to cause a stir and get a reaction

Its nothing to do with the fact he is a totally **** manager, and Premier League football is above his level now.

All of these old style 'Gaffers' are slowly dying off from the league. Its a good thing I think.

Only really Pulis and Allerdyce left, and Allerdyce isn't your typical manager either. Puts quite a lot of stock in Sports Science apparently. (Still a hoof merchant though)

I thought he also turned a few opportunities down as well? Has ideas well above his station
