Board should just call his bluff, but they are in between a rock and a hard place with Jose, and tell his he's got more than enough.
They've probably came around to the fact they need some stability in management given their new runner-up status, they felt Mourinho was the top man around given his record (fair enough)......but he is a total prick (and unfortunately he hasn't backed that up with proper silverware yet).
