Great player but we must not forget that they're now managed by a clogger with no major trophy winning experience.

Reports in Germany stating that Malaga-player Isco will sign for Manchester United
He will be in same town as former coach Pellegrini

I hope that is not true. Scum getting Isco and Alcantara would be a killer.

Thiago would be bad enough - both would be horrific.

But...AS IF Isco would choose Moyes over his "football father" Pellegrini

Thiago ought to stay at Barca, he'll surely get more minutes and would become a Barca legend. **** Moyesy's crew.

Unfortunately many good players will still sign for them simply because its Man Utd, but I hope you are right about these two. I do think Alcantara will struggle to get into the Barca team next season and I was hoping we might try a cheeky loan bid for the season.

It'd be galling if United started putting together a little caboodle of Spaniards. It was always us....then Chelsea got in on the act (Mata, Torres, Azpilicueta), now City have (Silva, Navas, maybe Isco)....United getting involved - Johnny Come Latelys as usual - would be galling.

Urrgh. I don't know what's worse, Isco at Man Utd or Jan Aage Fjortoft self-fiving himself for calling another transfzzzzz.

Despite rumours of strong interest from the top Premier League sides, the 22-year-old is expected to stay and fight for a regular place at Barcelona next season.

It is a bit strange that Pep isn't trying to sign Thiago.

Doesn't he have Kroos and Gotze for that position? Maybe he's saving up a for a striker....

I read somewhere that he is. You'd think he'd be all over it.

He is available on the cheap and can play DM, CM, AM without any problem. A top class squad player that would play in almost every game because their is always at least one player that need a rest or is out injured/suspended.

He would be a starting XI player at almost every club that don't have the midfield Bayern have.
