I think it is the opposite. I maybe wrong here but I think Rafa was Eto's coach for the Madrid B team. They have always had a good relationship.

Ukrainian club Metalist Kharkiv are disqualified from European competitions for the 2013-14 season following a match-fixing investigation, Uefa announce. They were due to play Germany's Schalke in the Champions League play-off round later this month.

Uefa have yet to announce whether Schalke will now automatically advance to the group stage or whether to reinstate a team from the previous round.
