I can't see how he can be pissed off. Whoever was in charge just got instructions from the fitness coach.

Having the hump about it was one thing, we all get ****ed off with work.

Publically having a go at your employer on the internet is somethng else.

If you slagged off your company (naming them, and / or your colleagues) on facebook, twitter, here or anywhere else, and they saw it, you would probably be up for a discplinary. That's pretty standard.

Ambiguously doing it under anonymity is safe enough, doing it without is asking for trouble.
