Wrong - they played 1 season together at AM before Torres came here.

Torres wouldn't sell LFC to Aguero judging by the tripe he has come out with since he left. He'd be selling Chelsea. Emphatically.

That's right, they did indeed, 06-07. My bad.

What a load of ****. Only because he left us doesn't mean that he hate us. He still respect the club very very much. It is our former owners he don't respect.

Atletico Madrid goals have established Sergio Aguero as the most prolific foreigner in the club’s history. A double in Los Colchoneros’ 4-1 win over Levante last Sunday and the winner in their 1-0 win at Deportivo over the weekend took the Argentinian beyond predecessor and team-mate Diego Forlan, who has 96. Former Spain international Ruben Cano (97) was also eclipsed as Aguero climbed to eighth in Atletico’s list of all-time scorers, a chart headed by a certain Luis Aragones on 172. The 22-year-old, who has scored nine times in his last seven appearances, has set his sights on completing a century before the season is out, and needs just seven more goals to surpass Enrique Collar, who is seventh on the all-time list.

Aguero played as a central striker and Torres out wide on the left.

Then why not wait 6 months and give FSG a chance..?

Catch on mate. He's not going to admit to someone he should've stayed, so he's going to say yeah Liverpool are great but you are far better off coming here.

Actually, he said he left because he no longer had faith in the club and had been lied to and misled too many times.

Not exactly the sort of comments that would make me choose Torres as my primary advocate for the club.

Oh, and he also said that the club would take too long to turn around into a top class side. I say we keep the ****er as far away from Aguero as possible!
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Torres isn't going to be singing our praises as a club, he's not going to encourage a good player to join us (a rival club) he's going to encourage them to go to Chelsea, thinking other wise is crazy

Get Maxi to have a word with him
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

He would be trying to sell both clubs to him. If Aguero asked if Chelsea is a great club then he would say yes. If he asked if Liverpool is a great club then he would also say yes. Just as you say.

I think that we already have seen that Torres already regrets the move. His body language hasn't exactly been great.

The only things he comes out with is things he says to make him more popular with the Chelsea fans. Things you expect a very expensive signing to say. Things his club also want him to say.

Torres still no doubt respect us 100%. He now play for Chelsea but he still respect us.

Look at Real how big influence a club can get on what a player should say or not in interviews. Sometimes a player have no choice than to say certain things in interviews.

It is what he say off the record that is important. Not what he say in interviews. You never know if the club told the player to say certain things.
