Is this 100% true? A genuine question, because in Football Manager you could always exploit these clauses regardless of the country you were in.

You'd imagine they'd rather sell to a club abroad. If an English club matched the fee that say, Real Madrid offered, you'd imagine Augero would have permission to discuss terms.

Especially if Kun put his foot down. Let me discuss tersm with the English club, or I will join Real Madrid.

Stevie's wages are 150,000 per week.

Don't see Aguero's wages of 110,000 per week as a problem if we get rid of all deadwood starting with J. Cole and his 90,000 per week salary.

Also FSG said that they expect total wage bill to increase and if we are genuinely interested in Kun it cannot come as a surprise what type of wages he would expect to receive.

If he would turn to be as good signing as Luis, and he could actually be better, his wages will look like bargain anyways..

Atletico Madrid are reportedly bracing themselves for bids from Manchester City and Inter Milan for striker Sergio Aguero, who has also been linked with both Chelsea and Liverpool

Atletico at the weekend revealed they had not yet received any formal bids for the 22-year-old following reports last week that he had handed in a transfer request with the Spanish side.

Premier League champions Manchester United are also reportedly interested in signing the Argentina international, as are Juventus.

And according to AS, Atletico are expecting to see bids for the highly-rated forward made in the near future from big spending Man City as well as Inter and Juve.

Aguero ended the season scoring 39 goals in all competition for Atletico, who are keen to keep him at the club.

But his agent is believed to have already made contact with a number of clubs, including City, who are looking to strengthen their squad in the coming weeks as they prepare to enter the Champions League for the first time.

City boss Roberto Mancini is a big fan of the striker and could reportedly table a £42million offer, with Aguero a possible replacement for Carlos Tevez, who wants to leave the club.

Atletico president Enrique Cerezo, who is currently searching for a new manager, at the weekend dimissed speculation in Spain that his prize asset could move to city rivals Real Madrid.

Aguero’s father-in-law, Argentina legend Diego Maradona, earlier this year was quoted as telling a Spanish newspaper that a move to the Bernabeu could be on the cards.

“I have always said players can play where they want, but I don’t believe ‘Kun’ wants to play at Real Madrid,” said Cerezo.

“It is what we have been saying for a long time. Aguero is an Atletico Madrid player and we have not had any offer.

“There is plenty of talk but I have no offers.”

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is believed to be keen on spending big before the start of next season as he looks for the west London club to challenge for honours in not only the Premier League but also the Champions League, and after having a bid for Aguero rejected in January is believed to be considering a new offer.

Liverpool are also believed to be keen on signing another forward this summer despite spending over £55m on Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez during the January transfer window, although it is thought that Aguero’s wage demands could lead to them deciding not to make an offer.
