Argentina and Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero will play for Juventus next season, claims RAI journalist Carlo Nesti.
The Old Lady have been in talks for the South American since the last campaign came to an end and Nesti believes the deal is basically done.
“As far as I know, Juventus have Aguero,” Nesti told TuttoJuve.com. “Obviously, it is an excellent swoop, when you consider the player’s technical abilities.
“Left, right, speed and power. He’s basically got everything, apart from a few missing centimetres in terms of his height seeing as he is just 1.70m.”
Not everyone is convinced that Aguero is the kind of top player that the Old Lady should be looking for, especially with La Gazzetta today claiming that he will cost in the region of €40m.
“Doubts can arrive from the fact that only three forwards, in my opinion, can change a team – Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic,” added Nesti.
“Below these three players are a group of outsiders that include Aguero, a group that a few years ago Diego and Amauri were a part of.
“This confirms that football is not an exact science.”
Diego and Amauri were both bought by Juventus post-Calciopoli, but they struggled to live up to their billing.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

It would show an enormous lack of ambition IMO. There's better leagues in this world to test yourself against the best other than Italy.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostIf Aguero does indeed sign for Juventus, that'll be astounding. Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

It annoys the **** out of me that a corrupt club like Juventus can get relegated, do **** all for 5 years, nick our 17m signing on loan and still manage to have the pull and the cash to sign a player like Aguero. I think so much of it is to do with the city itself in this instance.Originally posted by Arn View PostArgentina and Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero will play for Juventus next season, claims RAI journalist Carlo Nesti.

It boggles the mind. A waste of talent if he ends up at Juve.

"Stepping stone" is the new "settle".
Tropes change fast in the internet age..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
