Yeah, it sounds daft but they know what's likely to happen if they show it in Hyde Park - open air and all that, the police would have a **** of a job on their hands, whereas bars are responsible for their own premises and licence owners are made accountable.

Any bar worth its salt will show it on big screens.

Depends what you're after, but the Sports Cafe on Haymarket is a place i've always enjoyed, not cheap but there'll be ****loads of screens everywhere in there and the atmosphere will be good - plus it's in the West end too and open til 3am i believe. Just make sure you get there early enough though, if you go - as is the case anywhere really

Balague was on TalkSport earlier and said he thinks Mascherano will start at Centre back with Puyol LB - Abidal isn't fit to play a full 90.

United have been working on two formations for the final. They will start 4-4-2 and go to 3-4-3 if they fall behind, with Antonio Valencia pushing up alongside Javier Hernandez and Wayne Rooney in attack. i just hope and pray barca are all fit, no problems, on form and play well - they will **** united.....

however i'm slightly concerned with the fitness of puyol and abidal - mascher at centre back with hernadez buzzing around him has red card written all over it.

i also hope that united don't try and do a hatchet job, taking it in turns, to leave one on messi.

if barca have a fit puyol alongside pique and abidal fit at left back - then alves, iniesta, xavi, messi, villa and pedro will just run riot


United - surely they will be starting rooney behind hernandez - and the defence picks itself, evra vidic ferdinand and rafael/fabio(i get them mixed up) - it's midfield - please start carrick and scholes -

if i was a united fan i'd reckon their best midfield would be carrick, giggs, park and nani??

either way **** them - if barcelona peform any where near to wha they are capable of it doesn't matter what united do - they'll get ****ted

Apparently Barca are working hard on Puyol and Abidal to get them fit to play, but it's far from certain they will. More likely for Puyol to start.

As for United's midfield, i'd say it'll be like this:

Valencia ---- Carrick ---- Giggs --- Park

And yeah, Rooney just off Hernandez.
