    Can't really blame they for picking him in all honesty. The ******* did win them number 19, so how can you really argue against it?

      Of course it's entirely justified but you can't look at it in isolation. Compare it to the decisions made in other years. Like how come Ancelotti didn't get it after winning the Double in his first season. Instead they gave it to Hodgson for, er, not winning the Europa League. A strong echo of the decision in 2001 when Houllier didn't get it despite winning a unique Treble, and they gave it to Burley for getting Ipswich to fifth (admirable but subsequently proved to be pure, dumb luck as he took them down the very next season).

      It's clear the LMA is a pernicious organisation, entirely dominated by Ferguson and his cronies. It has no integrity and should not be considered anything other than a private club.

              we have this every year - the LMA are just a ****ing joke - i'm sure we found the list of 'board' members once and it's basically headed by Capello, purely as default because the England manager is always at the top....however he never attends any meetings - then it was ferguson, followed by moyes allarydce warnock hodgson hughes etc etc etc - basically a who's who of cunts in the premiership - no foriegn managers allowed.

                            Would I be right in thinking that the President's position goes with the England manager's job? As Fabio Capello doesn't exactly fit the profile of everyone else...
