Would I be right in thinking that the President's position goes with the England manager's job? As Fabio Capello doesn't exactly fit the profile of everyone else...

- i'm sure we found the list of 'board' members once and it's basically headed by Capello, purely as default because the England manager is always at the top....however he never attends any meetings -
