Fat sam is back where he belongs. Out of the premiership. Im hoping QPR **** off Warnock as that would be funny as ****.

TBF i do understand why some west ham fans are pissed. It is their Hodgson.

I think Allardyce will actually succeed in achieving WHU's objective, though. Hodgson didnt come anywhere near doing that for us. He failed like a chocolate fireplace cover.

And, worse than that, he actually thought he was doing as good a job as was possible

Sam Allardyce confirmed as West Ham manager: "At Upton Park we'll attempt to play the kind of passing game the fans want"

I think sam can play a bit of football in fairness to him but knows how to play to his teams strngths to win games too which often requires the old 'hoooof'!! Okacha, Djorkaef and Ivan Campo certainly didn't 'hooof' it did they !

They didn't personally hoof it but the team they played for did! They just picked up the bits and pieces and did their thing. Allardyce's teams have always gone back to front long and quick. Every free kick in HIS OWN HALF is a cue for the central defenders to get into the box, and the keeper launches the free kick high, high into the sky and they take it from there. His Blackburn team were absolutely brutal.

Sam on the offensive there. Talking up his results over 14 or 15 years in the game but then SSN mentioned Tony Fernadez had bid for West Ham and Sam bricked it and started crying about how new owners always sack him
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

                    That sounds like Hodgson

2 year contract signifies objectives of straight back up in to the premier league and staying up the following season which is pretty much Big Sam's speciality.

After their last season, I'd put up with him and his simple philosophies if it meant a better chance of achieving just that.

i think it's a good appointment for WHU. He IS mid-table manager, even if he doesn't admit it.
