Get rid. I am sick and tired of having players on our books like Aquilani and Cole that we are paying good money for in wages yet will never play for LFC again.
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

Yes but he is better than Adam, Downing, Spearing & Possibly Henderson at the moment. There's no point in getting rid of Aquilani if there are even worse players in the squad that need to go 1st imo...
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

We should offer him a player - manager role

I agree with that in principle but it also depends on whether he is willing to stay with us, as it has been suggested in the past that he isn't happy here.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Probably the one player on our books that have been here so little the thread should be in off field speculation.

I think Aquilani's future depends on who we get as new manager. Say it's Capello, then I could easily see him having a role.

Aquilani wants to stay in italy

...............AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani revealed that the club will not be taking up the option to sign Alberto Aquilani but could do so at a later date.

“We will not use our option to buy Aquilani before May 31. We will re-open talks with Liverpool in June, though,” said Galliani.

These italian ****ers have been taking a liberty with Aquilani and we keep allowing them to get away with it.

We couldn't get a proper run out of aquilani, and IMO he has done nothing to suggest he is better than anyone.

They'll come in on June 1st and offer £500k or something derisory. Milan can **** right off. I never want us to do business with them again after this, bunch of conmen

This whole saga has been an absolute shambles.

I, for one, have suspended all business links with AC Milan and all their associated companies until Berlusconi himself apologises to each one of us individually for his club's dishonourable behaviour in this case.
                              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

They're a business. They're acting within the loopholes and shoddiness of our deal with them for the good of AC Milan.
