    Football italia:

Alberto Aquilani may get his wish of staying in Serie A after all, as Fiorentina are tracking the Liverpool man.
The midfielder spent last season on loan at Juventus and made it clear he wanted to remain in Italy, but the Bianconeri did not take up their option to make the move permanent.

Milan, Inter and Roma were also mentioned, but with no clubs willing to buy, he looked to be heading back to Anfield.

However, according to the latest reports in Italy, now Fiorentina have come forward with an offer for Aquilani.

Sky Sport Italia maintain he is the ideal replacement for Riccardo Montolivo, who is looking for a new club after rejecting a contract extension.

Aquilani would again join on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.

**** that **** again, if they want him they can stump up the cash and buy him now
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

I'd be quite surprised if we allowed him to go on loan again.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

We'll take Stevan Jovetić on the same terms then...
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

He hasn't played last year a single game for Fiorentina after horrible knee injury..

Did Aquilani travel to China then?

Only players not going are Stevie, Hendo, GJ (Insua will join them in Malaysia) and Copa America boys.

No way will Aquilani be loaned out again. No chance.

Don't be so sure. Loaning him this year with the guaranted pre-agreed buyout amount next season is imo a possibility. Small but still a possibility.

We've seen that somewhere before though, eh mate?

                              I hope he stays.

Similar yes but not the same

I'd really like him to stay too. He's finally healthy and I really hope Kenny will keep him and give him a chance to prove himself.
