It’s the balance thing, right?
I clearly expressed this as my opinion not as a fact. And willing to give him a second chance, so stop it.

To be fair, it didn’t say how many he failed to block, just how many he did. The blocks was only one less than Evra and Bale anyway and Evra played more games. He also has favourable tackle and interception stats, so what’s to say he didn’t win the ball before any cross was attempted?Originally posted by Fernandinho View Postthe same excellent positional sense with which he failed to block a seriously high number of crosses and shots?
Not saying he did BTW, just putting it out there...If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

That's a good point. I would expect it to be more than any other player anyway, given that he had 5 times as many opportunities to block chances as opposing teams constantly targetted him and his position (on account of him being ****e).Originally posted by RedReet View PostTo be fair, it didn’t say how many he failed to block, just how many he did. They probably went way over his head though, him being so short and that.Originally posted by Rowan View PostThat's a good point. Won’t happen next year though with his new super-cool barnet.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
