Saw this on LFC.tv earlier. Looks like he's lost a bit of timber actually.

Someone joked earlier about him being tall because of the angle of the lens, but maybe he has sprouted up a few inches and lost his ‘puppy fat’.

I'm a fan of his and do not agree with the criticism he gets on this forum. I hope he gets his chance and if so, I know HE WILL prove people wrong

I like him. He was and probably still is far from the finished article but at the very least he was good enough for it to be worth Kenny giving him a chance before splashing cash on another fullback.

It depends on available options I wouldn't want him to be our first choice, but he would be a useful back up.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Although I agree with giving chances and all that. I would want this position filled by someone more trustworthy and solid. I still think we need to sign a left back and then keep Insua and Robinson as back-up.

Glen Johnson at his age was pretty terrible and look how well he turned out. Also, Insua did get a lot of assists too more than the majority of so called top class full backs in the league

Was he any good in turkey? See he had 19 appearances.

I doubt many watched a lot of the Süper Lig. From what I remember he was affected by a change in manager and a policy where they decided not to play loan players. Obviously difficult to know if his previous performances caused the policy shift or not.

playing a 433 would also suit him because he'd be expected to do a lot more attacking and no doubt he's goot at that.
