they need another CF when Augero gets injured, they need a better GK, CB and also weak at full back. They have strengthened areas where they were already strong so I suspect you'll see them winning high scoring games this year because they are bad at the back. They will however thump a lot of teams when they click.

Surprised Yaya is still there and Stones will not improve them defensively - £50m for him is right up there with David Luiz!

Did you see Stone's superior ball flight tracking ability against Ibrahimavic? More like £50..

Because he can "pass" a ball out from the back he is a £50m player! Anytime I've seen him he gets bullied by physical centre forwards and makes countless mistakes. Imagine what Agger in his peak would be worth nowadays.

Stones has the potential to be first class but as he's english i'm going to guess he'll be lucky if he gets to Woodgate's level.

Sane has been raved about but hopefully he's their new Jo.

Yeah, basically i've not been that impressed with their dealings... when you look at all the money they've spunked on big signings i can't think of many that have performed for them. De Bruyne is first class though, as obviously is Aguero but he was signed yonks ago.

I think Stones is abysmal. I wouldn't have him near our team and thats saying something with our defence! He's so overrated its unreal.

TBH, the Stones deal is just making the Pogba deal looking OK.

Great deal for the ****e tbf, any defender they sign will be an improvement. The great Guardiola has fell for the hype. City's CB record is comical. Must be about £200m now on absolute ****e!

£120m on Otamendi, Stones and Mangala and Leicester still have a better defence when Kompany isn't fit.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

                              £47.5 million?!!?

Bitters laughing all the way to the bank - before spunking £20 million on Ashley Williams.

Looks like Kone is a goer for £17m.
