But 115 is a lot of charges to make disappear if your intention is to fudge the issue. Why not go for a lesser number of charges that can more easily be whittled away?Comment

My point, if there is no intention to think you can get over the line, why 115, why not 2 or 3.

If they beat all 115 then the Premier League’s credibility as a PSR regulator is ****ed.
Perhaps the fudge is that they will let City off on the major violations and pin them with some more minor infractions. Perhaps having so many charges against them helps with that?Comment
