I’d usually say just strip them of the tittles and leave it at that but the extent to which they’ve gone about all of this I feel like the teams who finished second deserve the tittles.

May be a bit meaningless to some but the players that had those ridiculous seasons only to finish a point behind deserve to be called champions for their efforts.

I totally agree it’d be a hollow victory but a victory all the same. Wiping their name off the trophy just isn’t enough

I think it’s fanciful to think they will strip titles, never mind handing them out to the teams that finished second.

Has anyone ever been stripped of a league title or Cup trophy, and was it then handed to the 2nd place team.
Surely to have the next best points total in the year (and the winner is removed ) is proof that you are the winner by default.
Works in athletics, etc. Maybe not cycling after Lance, as they were all bang at it.

I feel for their players as they did have to score the goals, make the passes and tackles, do the running and follow the manager's instructions.

The club cheated, not the players so I feel bad for something they weren't aware of. Unless they were aware of it in which case I hope they get relegated to the Sunday league!
